mine started acting up a couple years ago so I did actually lube them...you got me thinking I may need to do it again soon.... that's a really nice looking door.....the only thing better than good customer service is great customer service....

there nothing that makes happier than good repair people !ive got a auto window guy that is like that ! he does whats needed almost before its needed ! door & building look great! it nicer in there than most shops -the way it is!

Overall it works really well and I swept half the new concrete in 10 minutes. While it is way faster than a push broom and dust pan, it doesn’t like clumps of string. Also where you stop and change directions it sometimes leaves a row of dirt, just like when you use a broom and dust pan.
Trying to show a before picture of the dirt on the floor. It did a great job with the dirt though the tractor rubber prints are going to need scrubbing to clean up.
