That’s for sure Greg. My door is overdue for the lube job...don’t want to be the neglectful owner again.

Me too Mike! There are so many bad ones out there... thanks Mike. We like how it is coming together. Need to get my shelves and metal rack back in there so I can get organized.

Builder won’t make it back until next week. He called and asked me if that would be OK. Of course I said that would be fine.

I do find I spend a lot of time sweeping that space....takes a long time.

Great question Greg. It is wheel powered similar to an old fashioned push reel mower. The drive wheels on the rear power the brush that sweeps the debris into the bin. Think of a large dust pan with a long thin rubber edge.

The brushes at the front are powered by a rubber belt driven as well by the rear wheels.

Obviously I tried it out before taking this picture.

Ordered this Monday night from Amazon about 10 and it was here about 5 PM today. Take that inconvenient big box stores.

Re: Shop improvements and upgrades. Better Space!

Overall it works really well and I swept half the new concrete in 10 minutes. While it is way faster than a push broom and dust pan, it doesn’t like clumps of string. Also where you stop and change directions it sometimes leaves a row of dirt, just like when you use a broom and dust pan.

Trying to show a before picture of the dirt on the floor. It did a great job with the dirt though the tractor rubber prints are going to need scrubbing to clean up.
