I have the same 12 bolt rear end and wanted to know if the gears and associated pieces can just be swapped out to my rear end already in my truck?, because the shipping of the whole assembly would be a killer..... Randy

If you'll take $200 cash I'll come up there tomorrow (Saturday) with 10 $20's (unless you won't be around tomorrow around lunchtime).

Unless something holds me up I'm planning to head your way after lunch tomorrow. Wanna get the rearend and AC done this week if I can, then it's time to find a body shop to do the inside painting and stuff for me. Wish I had connections in a trade school I could use to get it done, I'm not wanting a show ready job, just a good solid one.

We were racing the clock to get home so my kid could make his karate class My wife was like "don't stand around talking about those trucks too long we gotta get his friend at 5:40 and if we don't our son's gonna be so upset" so we had to jet pretty fast.

Hopefully I can get to the shop next week and get them going on the rear and the A/C once that's solid I can get it to a body shop or tech school and get the inside painted, and all the new interior trim/gaskets/seals put on, if that all goes on good I can probably sell my Ford truck (since I drive like 5000 miles a year, total, it oughta not be too hard). Love that supercharger but I like having no car payment more.

My goal is to get the old pickup to turn an 1/8th mile faster than that 03 Lightning can do, might be a pipe dream but that's the goal.
