Hey I checked all the trucks in the driveway. 6 out of 7 have the M-49 code .
4 have 400`s 2 have 350`s 1 has a powerglide and I cant read the sticker on it .

the hubcaps are from a later model.

by the way it also has a sliding rear bumper,or had a sliding rear bumper. someone welded it into place.

"some rust" LOL the guys up north would laugh at you.

Did you check the VIN to see if it was made here in Atlanta? I just bought mine from a guy in Gainesville/Lawrencevill area a few months ago for $4k, also a 68 but ½ ton.

Nice find...

I`ve seen the rust up north. this would be considered a cream puff there. It still needs rockers, cab corners,a couple small floor patches, the lip on the core support is gone, and I`m sure when i get around to cleaning it, I`ll find some more. The hose isn`t broke, the tie strapand rag were used as to keep the alt.bracket from rubbing a hole into it.
