90\87Formula, That seller must have a few. I just got one of those myself and I issued a call tag on it so I wouldn't have to pay the overpriced shipping. Also, wasn't that you that just outbid me on the Blue with flames 69 stepside? The seller emailed me a second chance offer on one. WES

Re: Die-cast 67-72

What's a call tag?
Yep, that was me. I think we win about 50% each, when we end up bidding on each other.
The blue with flames will probably be coming out in a couple of months. Must be nice to work at a Hot Wheels factory.

The blue with flames is coming out as a 2008 Team - Hot Trucks. Custom ’69 Chevy® M6882, #140. Look for the purple band on the side. Should be much easier to find on the pegs than the t-hunts and super t-hunts.

Re: Die-cast 67-72

Not a die cast or a Chevy, but what my daughter got for me for Christmas. Now I have yet another vehicle to put together.

I wonder what will get done first, this or the 70

I really like the old Dodge pug nose trucks. I have never seen this model bfore, so I think it is pretty neat.

Looks like all you're missing is an interior, a steering wheel and some wheels and tires. I have the spare parts to add to at least put 1 truck together...

Re: Die-cast 67-72

I just lost a sealed MPC `69 Chevy/Open Road kit on Ebay.I had a maximum bid at the crazy high price of $126 and some snipe from Japan came along and paid $151.I would never have paid that and really didn`t want to pay what I bid.It was started @$99.00 and had one bid there.I had it at $105 until the last minute.I`m kinda glad he over bid it so much. There must have been quite a few snipes on that one.I know it all comes down to the last minute. But you`re a true snipe if you never even show your face until the end.I will hold off bidding if there`s no action beause I don`t want to draw attention to it as a hot item. But I always place a bid on anything I`m after before the final minute.Oh well...

The blue one with flames probably has not hit the pegs yet. Probably in the next couple months. The trucks and blazers that I can find on the pegs right now are:

red/black/white '67 - 20tis at Wal-mart
'72 Cheyenne High Profile - Wave 5 at Wal-mart, ToysRUs, and Target
Silver '69 Blazer - ToysRUs
Coca Cola '69 Blazer - ToysRUs
'72 Dazed & Confused - Wal-mart
'69 Custom Chevy T-hunt could be on the pegs, but I have never seen a T-hunt on the pegs.

Everything else can be found on e-bay.
