Best way to remove the u-bolts without a tourch?
There really rusty and dont want to move.
Any ideas or tools to use or thing you have done would help.

one thing comes to mind PB BLASTER it will loosen any rusty bolt

Torch 'em. When I tried to get mine off, I think all but one broke...

For the bolts heat them up and then use a big cheater bar. To get then lose from trailing arms BFH and a large pry bar worked for me good luck. Moose

Do you mean you don't have access to a torch or you don't want to use one. If you don't have access rent, borrow, beg, buy, whatever, but you will save tons of work and trouble if you use heat.

Stick a socket on them and tighten them until they snap. They are a cheap part and not worth saving.

If I destroy them, then where do I get replacements

any parts store has replacements or if you are lowering your truck most kits come with them

I worked on mine for hours, tried penetrating oil, heat, etc. Finally did get them off only to find that they were badly rusted and not worth saving. Went to an auto/truck spring shop and paid like $6.30 each for new U bolts with the washers and nuts. Next time I will cut them off with a torch, hacksaw, or grinder!!!!!

OK, guys thanks for all the help. This is what I did,
used a 41/2 grinder to start a cut and then finished with a cutoff wheel on a die grinder. Had to make to cuts on both to get the u- part out of the way, then used the BFH to drive the rest out the bottom of the trailing arm. Found new u-bolts here local for $26.00 pr. Thanks for all the help guys .
