My 75 c10 old school style. 350 sbc w/ cam, headers. Have a 454 /049 heads but need a th400 trans. Have air bags and cups/plates still need tank/valves. So i guess you can say its still under construction. Also building a 71 chevelle so my hands are full for now. Oh ya needs a hood. Yee ha no more smog checks. How far have you ever towed with the C10, and any problems?

Thanks, Slim
No problems. Probably the farthest I ever pulled was when I moved from Detroit to Phoenix; pulled the Chevelle on the open trailer (as you see in the pic) with no issues.

I should mention the truck is a V6 with the 4 speed manual overdrive trans - probably not the best set up for trailering but if you are not going far or not pulling often it is fine.

Welcome to the board blackprimer79,
It looks like you came bearing gifts . We all like pics of a nice looking Squarebody . Nice stance . Post some specs like the tire size , wheel size , etc in the regular 73-87 Message board and introduce yourself so every one can see that truck . I do not know how many members search the sticky threads but I am sure your truck will pull the compliments .

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

Since I am here I will post the black truck . There is a pic of it on page 1 or 2 of this thread . I had sold it and have since bought it back . I lowered it and added 17 inch Coddingtons . The look wasnt what I thought it would be so I picked up a set of 20 inch Intros for it . I like it much better . Here is a pic with the 17's then the 20's .

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds

New truck pics. This camera angle jus makes my truck look sick IMHO. But I think with some 12" wide slicks and smoothie wheels 3" more drop in the front will just complete it.
