Re: this is different

Definitely different. Gotta be a tractor fan out there somewhere that would be willing to own it. There was a 70 running around here painted like that, but it was a rattle can job and didn't look anywhere near that nice.

I could see doing that if you were a farmer and wanting everything to match

Re: this is different

I kinda dig the green. Not too down on the whole theme (we were an IH farm growing up, but my old man still has a late 40's Model B Deere). I think that Deere green with a standard white side stripe would be pretty rad.

Re: this is different

I think it would have looked better without the logos, But my first question would be why a "40,000" mile truck needed a engine rebuild.....

I see a lot of that on craigslist...almost makes you think the 350 is a POS motor! My '73 had it's engine replaced at less than 70k too, I don't know why...

You can set my truck on fire and roll it down a hill,
and I still wouldn't trade it for a Coupe de Ville.

Owner neglect of the oil level or coolant, I presume. My mom "did-in" many an engine when I was young. One was a 396 in a Black on Black '69 SS Nova.
