need help identifying these wheels
they are unilug and I need to know who makes them and where to get some adapters

Look like old ET Mach 8's. By adaptors do you mean the washers.

I thought you need some kind of adapter
all you need is the right set of washers to mount the unilug wheels |

Yup. I did a search. Wheels are cragar mach 8's and not ET"S.
