I agree with Ogre on the mounts. With the 5.3 if I were you I would place the engine where you want it, with the exhaust manifold or headers that you want to use. Then build your mounts. You don't want to have to change the mounts later because manifolds or headers won't clear...Jim

The mounts I listed, you can get the whole works for less than $100.
I agree, most DIY 'ers can easily fab something up, if you have the steel, welder, and other equipment. But for $100 bill, it's certainly alot quicker and easier. Your time is worth something too. |
