Re: Crewcab Ebay-Nice

Nice Truck!

Not my taste and definitely not in my price range!
If I had to build it, I would have done without the LS. It sounds wimpy to me.

Just my $0.02 do not attack me for it.

Grow a pair. I only said I'd rather have a Suburban. Sorry I don't like what you like. GM's Suburbans were and always have been a great and useful design from factory. They are crewcab trucks with an integral enclosed 6' bed, only better. For one thing, they are shorter without giving up a thing but height for cargo, which I don't see mattering on any custom. Check the Suburban forum for my complaints on customized Suburbans. You will find none. I apologize for having my opinion. My mistake for assuming men could handle that without whining. I agree with YBNORML, 71blksuper4x4's truck is awesome.

Re: Crewcab Ebay-Nice

My only problem with a suburban is it can't haul a gooseneck or a 5th wheel. I've got a 79 K20 burb I'm half tempted to use to make a 6 door I just need to find a stop watch.

Re: Crewcab Ebay-Nice

One thing I left out of my comparison. Not only is it a crew cab with enclosed integrated bed, it's all heated and air conditioned. Unable to haul a 5th wheel isn't an issue for a truck guy. We always have more than one truck! I need a pickup with ladder racks and that has a 5th wheel set-up. This 1/2t crew cab ain't no 5th wheel hauler either. I'm an 8-lugger and my interest in 1/2 tons is shortbeds, not that I hate a longbed 1/2t. That's just me. The SWB is my truck guy car... that can still earn it's keep with it's bed
