What do you call the connector that goes on the back side of the cluster for the speed warning 12 volt wire to connect to. It's brass and it screws into the tin with a nut on the inside.

The factory ones maybe but there are aftermarket connectors that do the same thing. I just need a name for them to look for them on google.

I dont think its out there.
Its a packard 56 side slide just like the temp gauge connector.

Its insulated from the gauge tin i think.

You could use the little plastic insulators from the amp guage and whatever size machine screw is on the amp guage terminal, inside wire will prob slide on it and outside use some nuts and a ring terminal. Or nuts and a spade adapter., like the one on the tach gauge.

With the little plastic isolators you will also need a regular plastic isolation washer on each side.

Its not a 12v wire is it? I think its a ground wire.
Groung pah:
Grounded tach tin, grounding tab on speedwarning speedo, then when needle hits preset it grounds through that terminal to the buzzer.
Buzzer has power and gets ground through that terminal to complete the circuit.

I call it unobtainable, found this one years ago, wanted to reproduce it , just hav'nt got around to it. someone cut it out and screwed it to the gauge face

You can buy this stuff at ACE hard ware.
I'm hoping to find some kind of connector that will work also. I will be looking for them. The red insulators are the ones off the original Tach to isolate it.

Yes Randy your right it's the ground wire not the 12 volts. My mistake. It's been awhile since I did one.

Maybe like the last picture with the nylon washers to insulate it and the rubber insulators on both sides of the tin. It want be factory but it should work.

kinda hard to see, but the isolater goes all the way through, sorta like the black one on your awl, and then held in place with compression, and another plastic washer. The brass pin is solid all the way thru and maintains the shaft size

I went to ACE hardware today and picked these up in the hardware section. Not what I really want though but they will do if I can't find anything else. I will drill the back of the tin for the rubber to fit snug and use the male spade connectors to pass through the tin with the screw.
It should work fine but I really want to find a better pass through idea. Any suggestions?

My Driver Seeing the USA in a 71 Upstate SC GM Truck Club 2013,14 and 2016 Hot Rod Pour Tour http://upstategmtrucks.com/ Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun! It sucks not being able to hear! LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB! After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
