What kind of truck is it

Anyone know how to tell the difference between a regular C10 and a custom 10? What were the options that should be included in the custom?

C/10? What year? If it's the '72 that you are showing in your signature, then my info says this? In '71, the C/10 trim level, i.e., bottom of the line, became simply the Custom. What had been the Custom/10 in prior years, became the Custom Deluxe. The previous CST, became the Cheyenne. In mid-71, the Cheyenne Super trim level became available. Those designators carried over into the '72 year model.

What does yours actually have on it for a trim designator?
