I am going to paint the front end of my truck like this, except it will be medium green as opposed to light green.

That looks nice. You wouldn't want to just call it done?

I was going to suggest a wide pinstripe, but in a dark color of some sort, and pinstripe the fenders and hood.

If I were to add pinstripes I would go with freehand painted. Not a fan of vinyl pinstripes. We have a local guy that does beautiful work .
