my parents have property in Adamsville, Tn. and I was heading down there to spend some time with them for a week. so I figured i'd kill 2 birds with one stone !

I thought about that one too. But I have too many projects now. The one in Mendocino was just too cheap to pass up. But someone else was quicker than me.
