Re: Project " Melting Pot"

In the next few weeks I'm going to try and make a lot of progress on this build .Ordering parts and going though the truck checking the work that has been done .My goal is to have it running in a month on the road in a month 1/2 .At the same time I will be starting on ANOTHER MANS DREAMS PROJECT. This is the black and white 69 you seen pics of ,should go faster as a build then the red 72.So much has been done already plus the fact that I have a 72 with most of the parts I need and parts I've been collecting .

Re: Project " Melting Pot"

I'm really jealous of your collection of trucks, your Red one is absolutely beautiful and to have that Black and White 69 waiting in the wings is awesome. Good luck on finishing both builds.

Hollywood I just read through your entire thread and all I can say is WOW. Very inspirational to say the least. I just purchased my first project truck last Thursday a '67 long box farm truck and you've given me so many ideas.

Hey Rick, could you post a picture of your header clearance on the driver's side? Is this where you had to trim the frame?
