Great looking truck!!!! Love it.

I am about to start mine as well and was trying to get some ideas on air ride setup. Do you happen to have any pictures of your setup? tank placement, wiring etc. Would be a great help.

Thanks!!

Re: 1972 Black Cheyenne Super Big Block - JWall

Installed my new steering wheel, door handles, & window cranks today.

I replaced the Billet Specialties stuff with stuff with more of a stock look.
I think it blends better since my interior is mainly stock.

I am pretty pleased with the look of the comfort grip wheel.

Perfect! How's the quality on the wheel? Where'd you get it? What do you do with your belt buckles (no console slots)?

Re: 1972 Black Cheyenne Super Big Block - JWall

The wheel is nice quality. I got it off of eBay from seller sonnie24.

I usually just tuck the seat belts back behind the seat til just the buckle shows.

Re: 1972 Black Cheyenne Super Big Block - JWall

The Comfort Grip really added a lot to it IMO. I liked the Billet wheel too, but there's just something about a nice CG wheel.

I can get these steering wheels fellas, .. or put you in touch with someone who will give you a deal on one. Repop, yes .. but it is the nicest quality I have ever seen.

Thanks! It's looking like I made the right decision according to you guys!

Side Note: The window handles are mounted at the same point. In the pictures one was with the window down & one was with the window up... the pictures bug me so you can imagine how bad it'd bug me if they were off for real.

The steering wheel looks great! Was looking at changing mine out one time, but kept the original wheel.

Beautiful truck! Love these shortbeds! Where did you get your carpet for the floor and gas tank? It looks great! Thinking about replacing mine. Thanks

The carpet, gas tank carpet, floormats & kick panels are from Trim Parts.

This the second 72 I've used their stuff in & I have been pleased both times.

Thanks for the compliment.

It's been in the running a couple of times.
