yep! I had a header bolt missing a nut that I replaced last night too. sometimes they just wiggle loose. I made sure to put a lock washer in there this time

Whenever I take a new car/truck build out and drive it, when I get home I snug up the header or even manifold bolts. Just get in the habit after you get home to do it for a while. After a while they will be snug always, no leaks either. There is expansion and contraction going on there, needs to be done.
In fact if I use those locking bolts that say they never back out, I wont lock them down until after quite a few drives and then tightening cycles.
But I always read on forums about header leaks. They are not install and forget products. "I installed mine and forgot em" your lucky - Next.
