Re: 72 Blazer 2.0
Nice touch - I had a 72 blazer that had a boeing employee sticker on the rear bumper - thought that was pretty neat. sold that truck before I got to do anything with replacing it. Looks like you are doing a great job on this truck!

Re: 72 Blazer 2.0
at this point she's up and running
I took it to by buddy's welding shop and we made up a real sweet 2 1/2 304 stainless exhaust system mounted off a set of corvette exhaust manifolds.

Re: 72 Blazer 2.0
I appreciate the crap out of that K5, but I genuinely don't know if I would be able to stomach parking it in a lot. Generally my trucks are a little on the beater side because my heart probably couldn't handle all the blood pressure medication I would be on parking that in a normal parking lot.
Very nice K5. how awesome that you get to actually enjoy it! |

Re: 72 Blazer 2.0
Thanks it looks great. I was debating between those and the 285/75/ 16. My alcan springs are only about a 2" lift. What did yours come out at?

Re: 72 Blazer 2.0
Hey would you mind posting a straight on shot of the side similar to the third picture in post #61. Just the wheel well area in that on is shadowed so it is hard to see the tire outline.
Appreciate if that is possible. Your the first person I've found running that tire on a factory style 16" with hubcap. I too got a set made up.
