Are you going to bring that truck to the Back to the 50's Show? I am building a similar set up and I'd love to pick your brain. You did a good job.

Re: How about some pics of 47-59

I'm a newbie here, but not a stranger to other car/truck threads. I just wanted to chime with a pic of my 59'. It's gone through a few changes. First phase, Pro street with a 455 Olds. 2nd phase was a hot rod truck, with a straight six 235 first then a 454 second. Now its a custom, and that's my style anyway.
There are a lot of body tricks to it, and it's do for 5 more major surgerys before paint. Well there are some awesome built trucks here, and I'm going to enjoy conversing with you guys. "Hep"

Here's my 52 truck (in the background) motors almost ready to be dropped in, have most of all my parts, just not enough time in the day. Hope to have it ready in 6 to 7 months. Work sucks, working on hot rods is fricking fun.

Someone replaced the original motor w/ the 250 so I thought, what the hell. I would have liked it to been the 292. Cheaper to rebuild what I got.

I see you're relatively close to me in Riverside. May I ask who did the Mustnag II installation? I also have an ididit column still in the box, not planning on air bags but I suppose you never know. I'm looking for someone to install mine (Fatman Fabrications kit) who is conscientious but won't charge me an arm and BOTH legs!
