Anyone know what would make the front of my truck sit crooked? The left side sits lower than the right in the front. Right now I dont have matching shocks on the front, the right has the factory style dual shocks and the left has one skyjacker shock that should be used with an aftermarket dual shock kit, but it leaned before I changed them. It used to be set up the same way but with the factory shocks, but I only had a single shock on both sides for a little bit and it still leaned. So no matter what I do with the shocks it wont sit normal. Could this be because the front leafs are worn differently? They are to the point where they are arched the oposite way they should be. The frame is also bent a little bit in the rear, but I would think that would make the back sit crooked not the front.

The shocks are simple dampening the ride - they don't adjust the ride height unless they're nitro, gas or air charged. Better get the tape measure out and measure the frame and some common points down to the ground to figure out exactly what's going on. Could be a broken leaf that you may not see unless you take the spring ubolts and plates off.

The side with two shocks on it has gas charged Monroes on it. The other side has a Skyjacker h7000 series on it, but that wouldnt explain the lean before I put those ones on. I will take a better loo at it today if I have time.

Is it possible that one of the leaf springs has been changed(making them not match)

It's not the shocks. Springs get weak and sag over time, but I would think they might tend to sag fairly evenly. I'd look closely for a broken spring as already suggested.

You also said the rear of the frame is bent. I wouldn't rule that out as a possible cause for the front to sit unevenly.

I dont think they were, they both look as lod as each other and like they have been there the same amount of time.

make sure the shackles are both the same and not stuck, ive had a shackle kick foreward or back and get stuck on one side making it sit lower on that corner.
