Buying a barn find, trying to figure out what it's worth. 36 pickup

I've stumbled on something neat and I can likely get it for a fair value, but that's the issue... I'm familiar with 60-90 f-body pontiac prices, but that's about it this is way out of my league to price out.

No rot, 1 owner, "restored" in 80s (cheaply), originally blue, original manual still included, may be able to get buying paperwork/documentation, unsure on mileage but it never went far.

100% blown motor, crank snapped is what I'm told. but all original, motor/trans/interior seems to be all there (at least to my less than expert eyes it looks mostly untouched minus some wiring hacks and the usual stuff that happensover the years). Hasn't ran in 10-15 years probably.

white square not included, lol

Thank you for helping out!
