Talking Bad night...

Well I got home tonight and was going to take my 08 Tahoe to the guy who tuned my truck for me. I was going to have him do a street tune to the Tahoe and cut the 4 cylinder stuff off of it. Keep it 8 all the time. Needless to say that didn't happen!

I walk in the door and my daughter say's to watch Rhett while she goes looking for the dogs. They got out of the fence. So I'm with Rhett get a text from Charlies so I decide I'll go out to the Tahoe and enter his address into the navigation so I'll be ready to go when my daughter gets back. All's good. I get a call from my daughter said she found the dogs but they are both bloodie and laying in the neighbor yard. I said well get them up and walk them home. She says they can't walk she is coming to get her truck.
So I start into the house to grab her keys and fall on the steps and smash my Iphone all to pieces. It had gotten dark and the carport light wasn't on! I get up and look through the door and Rhett is standing there laughing and just having a good time watching me bust my ass I guess!
Grandkids are amazing, how they bring the best out of you. I just smiled and he just laughing like crazy.
I'm done for the night.
I'll worry about the phone tomorrow.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

The ability to speak several languages is an asset, but the ability to keep your mouth shut in any language is priceless.

Unhappy Re: Bad night...

Sorry, had to help clean up the dogs! Both dogs are without collars, don't know what happen to them! Both dogs had collars when they left the yard. The boxer isn't doing to well. The pit is fine. The boxer is old he doesn't know when to stop. The pit gets him started then the pit will move on to something else.

Wife is staying home and taking the boxer to the vet when they open. The boxer looks like a dog took some pretty good bites out him. He hasn't moved all night. He been laying in the bedroom floor all night.
I think it's time to let them go. Not sure I trust them anymore around Rhett.
They have never acted mean towards him but this is the second time they have gotten out and had blood on them from fighting. I just think it's time. The boxer never has been like this until Rugger came to the house he is the part pit and something. One time with Rhett and it could be bad. I don't trust either of them anymore.

Re: Bad night...

Bud I suggest you go with your gut feeling and remove the dogs BEFORE they turn on your children or someone else's.

Yeah get rid of it. My wife's 38 weeks pregnant and we had a neighbors pit bull
Lurking around constantly outside the house, it started to run at us then stopped one day. We called police and they got on animal controls a$$ and finally picked it up. Always go with your gut there's a reason it's telling you something in advance. I call it my guardian angel.

Talking Re: Bad night...

Wife took the boxer to vet yesterday and he kept him all day. Cost $80.00 for antibiotics, pain killers and new collar with tags.

Wife said no way we getting rid of them. She is stubborn when it comes to her dogs.

I let my son take my phone yesterday and he had the screen replaced. Good as new again.
