Trying to decide on wheels
Looking at new wheels and really have a hard time finding something that I think compliments a Suburban. DO NOT want the typical truck wheels! I photoshopped a few ideas and posting in the General forum so I may get more input than putting it in the appropriate year forum.
Love to hear what you think looks the best. I think I am leaning toward the Riddler 5 spokes (which surprises me) or the Impala SS wheels. Once I see them on the vehicle I was surprised and don't really care for most of the others. The more I look at the ones that on on there then actually look pretty good to. So hard to decide!! #1 Stock wheels painted to match. #2 Impala SS Wheels #3 Riddler 5 spokes #4 Polished 5 spokes #5 10 spokes |

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
I like #4. But, I'd be cool with stock wheels, no paint.

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
I like the polished 5 spokes (I'm a big fan of the original Cragar SS wheels) and the Impala SS wheels look pretty good too.

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
I love polished 5 spokes but not sure why, but I am not crazy about them on here. Maybe in real life I would like them better?

I think the 10 spokes look the best on that truck.

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
I like the looks of the Impala wheels. Probably 2 grand cheaper.

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
3 then 2.
I own some Polished Spokes or Torque Thrust 2's and I absolutely hate those wheels. Pain in the butt to keep clean (unless you have the right stuff to polish). Now if they sell them clear coated, maybe, but aluminum polished style would be a "No". Smitty

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
While this is fun I am seeing everyone is different and have different opinions. Problem for me is and I guess this is why I haven't done anything before is that none of these jump out at me. I like a couple of them but none just say But Me.

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
How about the 2007 up Tahoe wheels?
This was my 07. I just thought they are 6 lugs never mind. I like the wheel though.

Re: Trying to decide on wheels
73-87 rallies look good on that body style. I put some on a 94 GMC that I fixed up for my daughter years back, looked great.
