Camaro Clip Questions

Hello all,

recently purchased a 56 Big window project that already had a camaro front clip grafted on, the problem I have now is the mounting of the radiator support. Does anyone have any suggestions and/or pictures of their setup. Anything helpful is appreciated. I know from past experiences that threads are useless without pics which I hope to have up by sunday on a new build thread. Thanks everyone. Joe

Re: Camaro Clip Questions

Here're a couple pics of what I did. It's on a chevelle clip but the camaro should be similar.
There are more pics in my build thread.

Re: Camaro Clip Questions

I bolted my fenders to the cab. Then bolt on the support, this will give you a good idea where it will sit. Then set your bumper in place to get the hight of the frame extension.

Kim,

Thankls for the pics and the thread link...I kinda thought that is how it would look.

JJJ,
I like your suggestyion of bolting the fenders up..guess that way I could get the measurements almost exact. Thanks again both of you
