Question Need help from the suburban community !!!

Ok so I recently purchased my dream truck which is a 69 suburban and now I need help. My burb didn't come with the middle row seat and I am having a hell of a time locating one or even the brackets to mount it, I want to install a modern interior because the original bench up front was already replaced...So I guess what my question is, is how can I put in the interior from a newer style suburban without the middle row brackets ?

If you're using later seats I think it would be easier to adapt the later bracket to the truck rather than the adapting early brackets to later seats

First off welcome to the board. I can't help you but if you scroll down through some of the posts below you may find some info. You can also type the words "Suburban Interior" into the Google search box above, click in the circle in front of "67-72chevytrucks.com, and click on the Google button. Be sure the thread you are reading pertains to the '67-'72 trucks as the hits will include all years. Sometimes the board is a little slow on the weekends.

Thank you Bigdav160 I will see what the difference in height and the dimensions are and that might actually work and be alot easier then worrying about finding the stock replacement.

Re: Need help from the suburban community !!!

The seats from a 73-91 Burb fit decently well, that's what a previous owner bolted into my 68. They fold flat nicely and I regularly haul 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back.
