I bent each bar in a vice before welding them all together.

Homemade dual exhaust slots, cross member, dual shock brackets and traction bar mounts. I did the welding but my buddy Nick cut the steel for my dual exhaust set-up.

Yoke holding fixture. Works PERFECT!

Clutch alignment tool

All I can find for now... Don't have any pictures of my Dana housing spreader or tubing bender. Soon I will have some of my chassis mods and sheet metal mods hopefully...

I LOVE IT!!!! Those are some great ideas. It's amazing what a little imagination and a good welder can do! Keep 'em coming!

Re: How about some fancy fabrication pics

I made a few things over the years with my AC/DC Licoln Stick welder

Gas Tank Skidplate

Rock sliders in place of the rockers & Rear bumper and swing out tirecarrier

Powersteering reseviour bracket & Hydro clutch ressy bracket.

I stuffed AutoMeter guages into my guagecluster. Voided the warenty doing so as I had too remove the AutoMeter housings too getum mounted in but it worked! Greg72 did it first and I copied him.

Duno if this qualifys as fabrication but it takes alot of beer and a few friends too comeup with a campground paintjob like that! hahaha

Beer Made seat mounts!

Stick welders are messy but they penetrate with ease. That and you can weld the rusty stuff too.
