What are these holes in my floor for?

I think one is Speedo and the other round one is E brake, not sure on the square hole!?

Left to right:

E-brake cable
Speedometer cable
Clutch linkage

The far right one looks like its the "go faster" hole for the throttle. Old skool trick.
