Re: 68 Canadian GMC 920 4x4 Questions
Im trying to track down the drums for all 4 corners - I see the rears are available for the Eaton HO52 on Rockauto, but Im striking out everywhere for the D44 Closed knuckle drums - if anybody has any that they would be willing to part with, please let me know!
I thought I had a line on a set of Raybestos drums, an old timer restoration artist had cross referenced the numbers to 2018R that showed in stock - strange thing is the raybestos catalogue shows these for a 1960-1963 K20, and then don't show anything for K20 drums after that - |

Re: 68 Canadian GMC 920 4x4 Questions
My 68 C20 is a 2 wheel drive, but I managed to find my rear drums at WSI. They are pretty good at sourcing things. I'm not sure if you are familiar with them but they have a location in Calgary.
https://wsionline.ca/ I just found out my front drums are saveable so I have not had to look for them. Beautiful truck by the way. I am usually indifferent to body molding, but that looks incredible. Where did you get the molding?
