green/white Burb on powerblock!

hey gang....

Powerblock just aired a new episode of musclecar today and in the last shot as the credits rolled was a green w/ white roof 71-72 burb rolling by at the car show Rick and Tommy visited. It was at the end of the episode showcasing the completion of the 70's Camaro "Limelight" project.

anyone on here claim ownership of this truck?!! maybe it is the Duramax burb....said he was loading up for the good guys event in Iowa (same area of the country as Powerblock) on his thread. just thinking it was cool to see a pretty straight forward (mostly stock looking) truck on a show that is dedicated to hopped up cars.....you'd expect to see it on Trucks instead!

I saw that too. Wasn't the show at the place where the Tenn. Titan's play?

Re: green/white Burb on powerblock!

Glad I was paying close attention at the end of Musclecar....or I would have missed it! It will be a few years before I can start taking my 72 Burb to car shows so far away.

Hoping to take the rig and camper to the Atlantic Nationals in NB, Canada next summer. HUGE car show, plenty of touristy things to do, beautiful locale, and it is close to Maine! Got the same camper (1971 Holiday) but we had my Dad's 72 Suburban the last time I was up there (over 20 years ago). Both rig and trailer need a LOT of upgrades/TLC/minor restoration work before they are ready!
