Re: 67cheby DM 3.2 install, W/PB 4link, PB hood hinges

here are some pics i wanted to see when i was considering laying my truck out, i have 20 inch wheels with 29 inch overall my frame is flat on the ground , i took these pics so you could see how much above the frame the axle is when it is aired out.. basically it sets right on top of the frame

Re: Raising the bed floor 67cheby

its not the exact look i was hoping for but , its the best i have been able to come up with , they will be welded in place and finished out around them ...i will probably paint them black to make them look somewhat factory

How do you like that hood hinge kit? Have any tips or tricks on what you have done so far?

Re: 67cheby DM 3.2 install, W/PB 4link, PB hood hinges

it is a sweet kit , easy installation, one tip just check and make sure your templates match the front of the hinge pocket before you drill the holes !! i assumed ... and you know what that does

Re: 67cheby DM 3.2 install, W/PB 4link, PB hood hinges

a little more welding progress, thanks Brian, my 2 cents for anyone looking if you are buying one of the notches save yourself a lot of time and headache and buy the pre welded one !!
