Is the gauge cluster electronic? If so, how much shipped to TX 79603?
Here's a pic of what I need.

I'm mainly interested in the gauges, don't care about the condition of the plastic casing. I'm going to use them for a custom cluster.

I should have asked this before... front bumper any good? Looking for one without the rubber bump strip. Shipped to 50265 please. I don't need/want the guards if they're on it just FYI.
