My burb for sale recommendations

Time to sell my 72 blue beauty. I posted my restored burb on craigslist and on the trucks for sale board here. Any other recommendations for locations to reach the best audience for a restored truck like this?

Thank you in advance for any feedback. I have always enjoyed the info and sharing on these boards.

Beautiful Burb! Well done on the pictures and description. For one this nice I suggest Ebay, then Hemmings and other similar auto sales sites. Also, listing this on a number of cities extending out a good distance from you on Craigs would be beneficial.

Good luck on the sale.

Thats a VERY nice burb! Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but your price is about double what it would sell for .

Re: My burb for sale recommendations

She's a beauty. Good luck with the sale, they're not that popular of a vehicle so you might struggle with a price like that.

Most people that buy them use them frequently, hard to justify throwing some lumber in the back when you just spent 45 grand on it!

I certainly hope you get it, it'd be good news for the rest of us! Sooner or later we'll hit a tipping point where these things start getting valuable, right guys? ............Right guys?

I hope so too. Burbs are still an untapped value...on the buying side.

Re: My burb for sale recommendations

Thanks to all for the feedback and kind works. I had forgot about Hemmings.

I am very aware of values and how that part works. This truck is not for everyone.
As my ad says expenses far exceed my price. I am patient and willing to let my son use it to trailer his projects and Rods to shows in the future.

To me, that is a fair price.
You can't build one for that money anymore, unless you are a body and paint guy doing your own work.

Best of luck to you on your sale!

Beautiful.

I agree with Vectorit 100%. You couldn't build this burb for less and this turn key, gorgeous truck looks totally worth the asking price.

Best of luck...I'm sure you'll find an appreciative buyer.

Cheers,
Rob

Re: My burb for sale recommendations

There were a couple different threads that showed this burb. A lot of people thought there was no way it would sell. I just saw the Ebay ad and it looks like it sold for 42500, glad you got a good price for it Bob

Wow, that's awesome! Glad he was able to get a good price...I honestly didn't think it would go for that much.
