Looking for this wire clip, like a J shaped clip with rubber half way up one end and a hole in the other to fasten to. Dont know the name of it to search for it, havnt been lucky.

Yes these are kind of like the ones I'm looking for. Very surprised of their costs though. Thanks for the idea.

I believe the term is "adel clamp" although I am more familiar with calling them insulated p-clamps. Hardware stores, Lowes, Home Depot and NAPA carry them. I believe they are in the McMaster Carr catalog too. The ones you are showing are dipped but there are others kinds as well.

Usually I just rummage around a tractor or trailer supply place. P/J/Adel/S clips. Theres also "trailer wire guides" which are the clip-on ones like on the cowl.
