Porterbuilt hood hinge help

All, I’ve installed my PB hood hinges and it’s kicking my butt. I am trying to fit my front sheet metal and have had a time! I had everything bolted up and couldn’t get the driver’s side of the hood to sit correctly and the driver’s side cowl wouldn’t sit where it should...it sat about 3/16” higher than the rear edge of the hood. After disassembling the front sheet metal, I noticed that the hood hinges are sitting uneven...the diver side is sitting much higher than the passenger side. I took some measurements of the cowl area and was hoping someone may be able to help and take the same measurements for comparison? I haven’t had a chance to measure the actual hood hinge part to ensure it’s symmetrical. The first picture is of the driver side cowl area. The second picture is from the passenger side cowl area. The third picture shows the difference in the hood hinges. The last picture, you can see how much higher the wiper cowling is sitting as opposed to the rear edge of the hood. I’m open to any thoughts or suggestions.
