Heres a Couple More tach dashes, ones better than the other, best one has a nice tach, good printed circuit, good looking back, just missing the air pressure and oil pressure gauges, second tach is complete, rusty back, circuit looks to be ok, some surface rust on the front , $375 Shipped on the pair or I might sell them seperately.

Yea I think I might sell them to Livrat, he bought the last batch from me, I kinda like the Way the truck drives now, I Kinda feel like a Nascar driver, its hard to control and doesnt corner very good!

I paid for these clusters on 08/19.. notified you that they had not arrived on 09/03, you replied immediately that they should of arrived by then and you would find the tracking number and look into it. I waited amost a week... No response..
Then on 09/08 I PM'd you again asking if you had found out anything from the Post Office, you finally replied on 09/16 that it looked like I was getting a paypal refund that week.. So I waited for the refund... nothing...

Don.. it has been almost two months since I paid for these, I feel you have had ample time to find out what happened at the post office and/or refund my money...

Just thought I would post an update, After waiting to no avail for Don to make good on his word I did a bit of digging and came up with his landline phone number registered to his girlfriend (he wouldn't answer his cell).
I called on Nov 19 and caught him totally off guard, He promised he would send out a tach/vac dash the day after Thanksgiving, So I waited again (in the past it normally took 10-12 days for a package to make it from Brainerd Minnesota to Seattle) As of today (Dec 9) Still nothing!

Just a heads up for everyone.. he is active on Ebay selling away! (Check out the feedback rating).

I feel the next step is to file internet fraud charges and see how that goes.

Mark have you talked to the Brainerd Police Dept? Not sure how willing they would be to help but it may be worth trying.

Don, I have not talked directly with the Brainerd PD. Yet..
From what I understand the Internet Crime Complaint Center(IC3) after filing and reviewing the details, refers the claim to the proper, State,Local and Federal agencies.
I do believe since this transaction crosses state lines, Federal agencies will get involved.
Only more time will tell.

Mark, I wouldn't let this continue any longer...it's been going on far too long.

It seems to me everytime you poke at him, he feeds you some crumbs and buys more time.
You are being led in circles my friend.

I personally think you should drop communication with him until after filing a complaint and
then follow any proceedure that's recommended by law enforcement.

I have friends who spend a lot of time on Ebay...I don't. When I told them about your issue they weren't surprised. They've been on to him a long time and said he's a bad seed. He gets in hot water there and comes back with a new account. As you see,he is down to using his wife's info now. Reminds me of Ryan72 who also did all his dealing under his wife's name. Nice husband,uses his wife's identity to go burn people. I'm more the protective type with my woman.

Man Mark, so sorry to hear this. Why can't guys just ship the buyer their parts. It seems to be happening a bit more around here lately. I could not live with myself knowing I have someones money and not ship their parts. I hate it when I have to put off shipping parts for just a couple days because something comes up, its not very often but I stay in touch with the buyer and let him know. Good luck with it, Randy
