Which Horn Button Is Original For My Truck?

I have a 1968 Short Fleet CST. I've seen three different styles of horn buttons.

Which is/are the correct buttons for a '68? Is one or more of those specific to a 1967 vs a 1968 model?

Thanks for your help!

#3 is original to 67 custom/cst only. not sure if 68 cst buttons were plain or chrome.

My 68 cst has the plain one shown on top. I believe that is correct. The fancier ones were 67 cst's.

Nuts. That plain one is the least appealing to me. Oh well. Originality appeals to me, as well.

My unmolested '68 C-20 CST/Custom Camper has the matte finish horn button on it.

Re: Which Horn Button Is Original For My Truck?

My '68 C/10 Stepside w/ standard trim had the [#1] plain potmetal painted silver horn cap. I had a '67 K/10 Suburban [not a Custom truck] that had the plain design but in chrome [#2]. I never saw the #3 type until this forum.
When you flick the #1 type it just clicks. When you flick the #2 type, it goes 'Ting.'
