Strange Options?

This is an article from Haggerty on obsolete options.

https://www.hagerty.com/articles-vid...r-audio-part-2

it got me to thinking what other strange options that were offered for cars and truck do the members remember.

Re: Strange Options?

Found this one, all in all - I like it, at least until I get scaled by hot coffee when I jam on the brakes. Boy those Germans had everything......

Re: Strange Options?

Tissue dispensers and under-dash phonograph record players are a couple of my favorites.

Re: Strange Options?

I actually have installed the tissue dispenser, my granddaughter never fails to take one of two when she's in the truck. GMC never had a 'badged' unit and Chevy would be wrong sort-of, so I went with a plain period correct unit.
