1962 HOOD availability?
Here is a 62 that I may buy. I went into LMC to see if a hood is available if this one cannot be repaired and I don't see where they offer the complete hood..I see only these panel parts on bottom..
I cannot ID the first part..where does that go? It's obvious where the second one goes. Is there another parts place that would have the complete hood? Do you think this hood can be repaired? Thanks for any help.. Last edited by jim-bob; 12-13-2016 at 04:23 PM. |

You can buy any hood out there (re-pops), just not 60-66 C10's.
The first piece sits just above the second, where yours is dented. And yes a body shop can fix that hood with those parts. Mine did.

There is a very nice '62-'66 hood for sale in the classifieds section for $600, located in Tennesee.
