Yes, that's a very common truck rally wheel. It came on square bodies.

6-lug rally wheel commonly found on 4x4 73-87 k10 trucks.

Truck rally wheels became available from the factory in 1975. 1974 and earlier was still full wheel covers and dog dish covers.
