Thanks everyone. Since I lost my hearing a few years back it seems weird to hold the little one and watch him but not hear him. It been quite a few years since I held a little one but I think I can get used to it all over again.

When ever my grandson comes over now all he wants to do is be out in the shop with pop pop or Riding around on the Bobcat.

I hope to have him driving it soon lol

Thanks, we have a blast around here. Every time he comes over he has to go to all of the bucket & crane trucks and get in, then its over to the dually and finally we get on the bobcat and roll around the yard a bit. Last time I had the dirt bucket on so I scooped a little bit of dirt and dumped it out. He thought that was the greatest thing and kept insisting pop pop "do it again" He wears me out sometimes but would not have it any other way.

My little guy is about 1/2 a year older than yours, Richard. What I have are toy trucks that he goes for. He's a tough little mite and an absolute gas. Quite a talker... AND listener. That boy pays attention to Pop!

Gotta enjoy them when you can!

He loves all kinds of toy trucks but if he sees me go out for any reason he throws a fit unless he get to come along. I would much rather have him outside with me vs tv or video game stuff.

I hope he continues to love the bobcat and such bc i will have him working it if thats what he wants to do. With my neck issues I have to be careful what I try to do on it anymore. No more slamming full trees to uproot by the stumps for me
