Talking Re: Porterbuilt Direct

[QUOTE=porterbuilt;5328626]Well.... Long story short, the individual I originally enlisted to help me out with my sales didn't pan out like I had hoped. Had to turn him loose about 6 weeks ago after far too many issues and concerns.

The next day I hired my good friend and cousin Dave Porter. He's been doing a great job, and has really helped to free me up and allowed me to get back to developing new product.... but with the changeover we missed April's special.

We will make sure the march special is a good one!

Man I am sorry to hear that Nate. Looking for the Front now that the back is in place. I hope that your cousin help works out for you. Do you have the vendor name of porterbuilt direct or does your past employee?

Feel free to get in touch on the front when you are readt and Dave will get ya taken care of.

Cool Re: Porterbuilt Direct

Well I just read all this and talked to Dave yesterday about the trailing arms. I hope it works out for me and would like to buy these. I also would like to get some shirts and hat when and if they can do this for me.
Nice talking to you Dave.

Oh almost forgot, I'd like to see the trailing arms and crossmember go on sale!

We will have it up here in the next day or so. Things have been insanely busy, and its been tough to keep up with it all. So.... we made another addition to the Porterbuilt Team to help handle all the promos, specials, and marketing... that includes t-shirts and stickers! He will introduce himself when he posts up the May special.

Absolutely a great move on your part. My recent interaction with him, and ultimately my decision to purchase the parts, was nothing short of 1st rate customer service. You guys do an amazing job with the limited staff that you have and it's greatly appreciated. This is evidenced by your extremely loyal clientele.

Re: Porterbuilt Direct

Guess my first post on here should be to introduce myself as part of the PB family and to our extended family on the forum. My name, in case you didn't already catch it, is Porterbuilt Brand. I'm the youngest brother in the Porterbuilt triplets, but don't let that stop me from showing my brothers a thing or two.

My goal on here will be to effectively promote our product lines under the Porterbuilt names ( Fabrication / Street Rod / Off-road / and Direct ) and assist with any sales, tech, fitment, and general questions about our products. Not only am I'm here to support the entire PB team, and this forum, but I'm also here to support the entire custom truck community.

You know my middle brother, Porterbuilt Direct, is still going to be the main source for purchasing any of our products, or related products, and I think we'll work good together. I'm going to be the one hooking you up with deals, and he's going to be the one taking your order, and you money.

Nathan, my older and more established brother, will still be a part of the forum community, however he is so famous now he doesn't get a chance to be on here like before. Seems all those welders, fabricators, and CAD programs are getting to his head these days. Honestly Nate still answers some tech and general questions under his Porterbuilt name, but he's so busy in the shop he can't get to all the topics and doesn't want them to go unanswered.

Well that's my three cents for now and I'm sticking to it. I look forward to working with many of you over the future and hearing about all your cool builds.

PBB

Question Re: Porterbuilt Direct

That's a great deal! Wish I could go that route but not with what I already have.

Dave, any update on the arms for me yet?
