Re: Bought me a jimmy!

Looks pretty nice, and I love the colors.

Post up some more pics when you get it, and enjoy it. Too bad its probably too cold up there for some riding with the top off.

I want to do mine blue/white too. Never seen the two tone with a white hood. I'm thinking of painting it myself with the summit racing brand paint. I figure if I mess it up, I'll just sand it off!

Re: Bought me a jimmy!

Cool, I was thinking about getting a 4 inch lift and now I know it looks right. Thanks and it's a sweet truck, wish mine had a big block.

Re: Bought me a jimmy!

That settles it! I will have to get a 4x4 Blazer/Jimmy next. I will also get a round eye, and I think the 4" lift is perfect for it. What a beautiful start to a nice vehicle.

Re: Bought me a jimmy!

Thought about it with the mechanic i work with, definatly would rather blocks than body, Just need to finish welding them in. This is only temporary till i can afford 1 ton axles.

Nice Jimmy. Blocks up front are a bad idea though.

Re: Bought me a jimmy!

After making the mistake for trading her for a 5.0 mustang. Got a few tickets, pissed a few people off, so I thought it was time to ditch the 5.0 and get back into a truck. To my surprise she was forsale. Bought her back, couldent be happier. Will never make this mistake again.

Took her up camping, best truck ive owned for camping. Built a bed and hit the logging road! Not alot of room but very comfortable

Can't really do that stuff in a mustang, Although in a mustang, you could take a nap broke down on the side of the road. ha,ha,
