Can anyone point me in right direction to find the brass rubber not grommets that hold cargo light to cab holes?

They are called well nuts, and you can get them at good hardware stores. Just match the thread on your cargo light screws.

I’m not sure of the size. But if you can’t find them locally, fastenal is pretty awesome, they’ll mail them right to you. Unfortunately. You’ll have plenty left over

My box is out in the shop. They are the same size as the ones that mount the original voltage regulators. I'm bettin' if you do a search for well nuts or wellnuts on here you will find the size posted in a thread.

Re: Cargo light screw nut grommets

Don't forget the spacer. You can make on out of fuel line tubing. It presses up against the well-nut and keeps it in place till the screw can be tightened.
Part number 9 in the attachment.
