4 link question

i have a 85 short bed c10 that has bags on bars im running a 10" notch but the other day i was looking at it layed out and noticed the rear end pulls forward towards the front of the notch when i lay it out and goes back center when i lift it up im running a triangular 4 link any suggestions on how to get it from pulling like that

Are the bars parallel to the ground at ride height?
Just the arc of the arms traveling upward will move them slightly forward.
The 4-link should keep your pinion angle the same throughout it's supsension cycle.

It should keep the pinion angle but the wheelbase still changes (since it's swing on an arc).

There are a lot of vairables when installing a triangulated four bar. Length of the bars, angle and hight all change what your pinion angle and wheelbase will do. With normal suspenion travel these changes can be kept to a minimum but when you get extreme (10+ inches) of travel you have to have computer designed parts and **** and aerospace dudes to make it work.
I just finished my own redneck garage, got me a wire feed, ebay directly from china, double throw down stainless steel triangleulated hum dinger of a four (4) link and I can tell you first hand, they don't come with instructions.
I'll wrap this up here real quick I promise..
Ok, I found that on my 4 link that I had to raise the front upper bar mounts on the frame and this took a lot of that axle moving forward crap.
But not all of it. I finally gave up and put in bump stops to limit the upward travel to where it started moving forward more thatr 3/4 inch or so.,
Remember, not only does it look lame, youir driveshafy yoke is moving into the transmission (unless you have a 2 piece)

I just started with my ride hight very low and buiilt from there. Don't go up a whole lot but so what. Goes down a ton so thats it..
