1970 c10 longbed build advice

I'm converting my front drum brakes over to disc brakes. Im also changing all front end parts and control arms and springs. There is a metal bracket that sits underneath the upper control arm that is rotten away. It also connect to the two bolts that come out for the shims for camber and caster. Is this piece important? What is it called? If it's important where can I buy it. Thanks for the help in advance.

Welcome to the board!

Yes that is an important structural piece.
You will need to find a used crossmember to rob it off of.
I don't believe anyone sells just that piece, new.
