No, like I said the flap covers the piece of factory trim thats in the chryslers and gives a nice uniform look. Its a course harder rubber so if it went to the outside your truck would be full of water next time it rains.

You have to check them really close before you pull them. Like Webb mentioned, a lot of the drivers side ones are torn on the latch side and/or the bottom and you can't see it unless you put your fingers under the outside edge and pull out on it. Out of the 6 or 7 I checked the last time I was at the bone yard I only got one good one and it was for the passengers side.

Nice I am all about this mod. Time to hit the salvage yards. I was thinking about ordering all new seals for all the windows and doors for after I get my body work done!

Get two full sets so you can cut one in half and use it on the 3rd door.
