Why is that? This is one of the cheaper ones I've seen in the pacific northwest and seems to have most of the rust repair done, with a lot of upgrades. Can't say that I love it or think its complete but a good start nonetheless.
I definitely agree that rag-top scares me. I think I would be looking at getting a donor roof and having a shop weld that in. If I'm not mistaken, that is a single skin roof, with roof braces, so it should be relatively simple conversion back assuming they didn't botch the install.
