Rally Wheel codes

Does anyone know where I can get a list of the rally wheel codes they used on trucks for the 1970's, 1980's and even later? I am trying to sort out a number of the wheels I have. I have books that show the codes for almost all of the Chevy rally wheels for cars from the 60's and 70's, but have never been able to find the same information for trucks and Blazers and Suburbans. I am thinking of the two letter codes that are typically found to the right of the valve stem on most rally wheels. Thanks for any help.

Re: Rally Wheel codes

Here you go. Our local libarary has a Hollander Wheel Exchange which has yielded a lot of info.

These are for 5 lug rally wheels as found on 73+ pickups and lots of vans.

15 X 6 BN
15 X 6.5 CD, XT, DAS
15 X 7 BC, BL, CF, DA
15 X 8 BK, BM, CK, XAJ

The code is stamped close to the valve stem hole.

I have NEVER found the 15X6 wheels. I think they were on very early vans.

Let me know if you have any coded BN.

Thanks - Bob

Re: Rally Wheel codes

im really sorry to bump this post, but this is VERY usefull info, i went to the wreckers today, and scored 2 of the SUPER RARE, 15x6 BN Code Rally's. Here is the info on them

15x6 is stamped on the OUTSIDE of the wheel hoop, meaning when the tire is on, you cant see it, Unlike the 6.5's, 7's and 8's.

Location of stamping

BN Code stamped beside the valve stem

Them sitting beside one of my 6.5" rally (Grey), hard to see, but the 6.5 is taller.

cdowns is spot on but... there are many who are under the impression that Rallys were available. Its a misunderstanding that many have. Including me at one time.

Re: Rally Wheel codes

All I know is they were the 4x4 for the 73-87 years. Think they were all in 15x8 (all I have seen) but may also have been 15x7. Don't know codes and mine are all mounted.
