Thanks to dtkarst we now have another project!! It's a 1960 GMC with the 305 and 4 speed.
I decided to name it La Crosse because that is where it is from and says it on the front bumper.
We have to many trucks apart to restore at the moment so we are going to make it a driver.
Today I power washed it inside and out and we got it running for the first time in 20+years.

A battery, a gas line to a gas can and some gas down the carb. It ran good but was not able to run it long because the water pump is bad.

Yeah I really like the hood ornament. I already have a used water pump and have not looked for a new one so I'm not sure.

Pulled the old split rims off and put some nice wheels and tires on.

We started working on the engine mounts and also purchased the power steering bracket and power brake bracket from Captainfab (Very nice parts).

Thanks Rolland and yes the hood bird flew back on the shelf. I don't want anything to happen to it while we are working on it.

Well I finally have some updates to post after getting side tracked with the 1967 c20.
I pulled the steering column, heater box and master cylinder. Painted the firewall and installed the power brake bracket.
