Re: Feeling like
It's nice but I'm not gloating. I did feel like going out to the shop today and putzing around in there for a bit. It's been a while.

Re: Feeling like
I was out in the barn this evening...to get some beers.
It was in supposed to be 50 today, didn't feel like it. Rain kept trying to start up at around noon and finally got going solid around 3. Rain into late morning and it will be close to 60 tomorrow. Between around 4 and 6 we had lightening with no thunder, weird. Not so long ago we had some thunder, no lightening. It 's unusual to have either this time of year. Saturday windy with a high of 40. That will be cold. Sunday will be better, 49, sunny, no wind. Anymore that's perfect for me. M/T/W it will be 62/65/68 but with that comes chance of rain each day. I'm good with 45-50 with no wind or rain

Re: Feeling like
I’ve been doing maintenance on my bike trailer and cleaning my ‘12 Chief. Plan is to stop at Daughters in NC , spoil the grandkids pull the bike off and ride to Daytona for bike week. It is snowing in Downeast Maine while I type this. I’m going to find me a big ‘ol palm tree and park my kiester under it a spark up a Cohiba Behike, and forget about snow for a while.

Re: Feeling like
I got up at Five, looked out the windows, and we had enough snow to make my lumpy un-mowed grass from last season seem like it was perfectly flat underneath the snow. So maybe three inches or so.
I went back to bed for a few hours. Looks like it should be gone by late afternoon or close to

Re: Feeling like
The past 2 days have actually been pretty nice here. I managed to get out in the garage and work with the doors open last night. I even had the sunroof on my car open today.
Tomorrow starts another streak of colder temps though. |

70º here today. Broke a record set in 1921. A high of 35º tomorrow, 35º colder than today, and by Friday it is supposed to be 78. Crazy weather for sure. At least the bad storms missed us......
